The Scriptures - The Bible is the inspired Word of God, a revelation from God to man, The New Covenant, as recorded in the New Testament, we accept as our infallible guide in matters pertaining to conduct and doctrine.
(II Timothy 3:16; I Thessalonians 2:13; II Peter 1:21, Heb 4:12)
The Godhead - Our God is One, but manifested in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, being co-equal (Philippians 2:6). God the Father is greater than all; the sender of the Word (Logos) and the Begetter (John 1:14, 14:28, 16:28). The Son is the Word (made flesh), the One Begotten, and has existed with the Father from the beginning (John 1:1, 14, 18)
Man, His Fall and Redemption - Man is a created being, made in the likeness and image of God; but, through Adam's transgression and fall, sin came into the world. "All have sinned and come short of the glory of God." "As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one." Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was manifested to undo the work of the devil and gave His life and shed His blood to redeem and restore man back to God (Romans 3:10, 3:23, 5:14; 1 John 3:8, Genesis 1:26-31 & 3:1-7).
Salvation- is the gift of God to man, separate from works and the law, and is made operative by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, producing works acceptable to God (Ephesians 2:8).Eternal Life and the New Birth - Man's first step toward salvation is godly sorrow that worketh repentance. Repentence comes through cofession of the mouth and with the heart one believes. The New Birth is necessary to all men, and when experienced, produces eternal life.
(II Corinthians 7:10; I John 5:12; John 3:3-5, Pslams 103:3 Romans 10:9-10).
The evidence of Salvation - The inward evidence, to the believer of his salvation, is the direct witness of the Spirit ( Romans 8:16) The outward evidence, is a life of righteousness and true holiness.
Faith and Works - Salvation is by faith in Jesus Christ and not by human works; however, our works will determine the rewards in eternity. (Romans 14:20-21, 10:9-10, Titus 3:5-7, Eph 2:8-9, 2 Cor. 5:10)
Water Baptism - Baptism in water is by immersion, is a direct commandment of our Lord, and is for believers only. It is a declaraion to the everyone that you have turned from the world and are following Christ. The ordinance is a symbol of the Christian's identification with Christ's death, burial and resurrection (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4; Colossians 2:12; Acts 8:36-39, 10: 47-48).
Baptism In the Holy Ghost - The Baptism in the Holy Ghost and fire is a gift from God as promised by the Lord Jesus Christ to all believers in this dispensation and is received following the New Birth. This experience is accompanied by the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Holy Spirit gives utterance.
(Matthew 3:11; John 14:16; Acts 1:8, 2:4, 19:1-7).
The Church - The Church is the Body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Spirit, with divine appointments for the fulfillment of the Great Commission. Each believer, having been born of the Spirit, is a valuable part of the Body of Christ. We further believe in a called and ordained five-fold ministry for the purpose of the evangelization of the world and the edifying of the Body of Christ. (Mark 16:15-20; Ephesians 4:11-13)
Total Prosperity - Spritual, Mental, Physical, Financial, Social: (John 3:3,11, 2 Cor. 5:17-21, romans 10:9-10, 2 Tim 1:7, Romans 12:2, Isa 26:3, 53:4-5, Matt 8:17. 1 Peter 2:24, 3 John 1:2, Malachi 3:10-11, Luke 6:38, 2 Cor 9:6-10)
Blessed Hope - Jesus is coming again to gather all His Saints to heaven. ( 1 Cor 15:51-52, 1 Thess 4:16-17, 2 Thess 2:1)
Lake of Fire - The one who physically dies in his sins without accepting Christ is hopelessly and eternally lost in the Lake of Fire, and, therefore, has no further opportunity of hearing the Gospel or repenting. The Lake of Fire is literal. The devil and his angels, the beast and false prophet, and anyone whose name is not found written in the Book of Life, shall be sentenced to everlasting punishment in the lake of fire, the second death. (Hebrews 9:27; Revelation 19:20, 20:10-15).
The Millennial Reing of Jesus - The return of our Lord Jesus Christ with His Saints from heaven to rule and reign for one thousand years on the earth as the scriptures promise. ( Romans 11:25-27, 2 Thess 1:7, Rev 19:11-16, 20:1-7) After this, there shall be a new heaven and a new earth. ( Rev 21)
Even so, Lord, come quickly!
